Bogar Properties LLC was established in 2006 with the goal to
provide safe and family-friendly homes to lease or rent.

Working with knowledgeable and professional property
management companies, we partnered to invest in and
maintain single family residences in North Carolina and
Southern California.

Our three and four bedroom homes are ideal for families not
wanting to deal with the costs and complications of real estate
ownership, but looking for long-term residences.
